Happy Leap Day

I am in a blessed state of appreciation for this Leap Day and for this Leap Year and for this Leap Moment.

We are eternal beings that are expanding eternally, from the origin of that which we are - Light.

I am enjoying a bowl of basmati rice with shredded coconut, water chestnuts and baby corn in a green curry paste with lemongrass and basil…after being hungry for a week! And, I am enjoying learning about what matters to my friends…

me, I'm having a beer. It simply means that this year, I will have one too many.

…and I'm thirsty!

Thank you for your wonderful wishes on that special day! I read this earlier but couldn't reply when my internet last night kept on disconnecting so I gave up.  I did spend extra time listening to some of my favorite music - Santana; Chicago; Earth, Wind & Fire, Noel Pointer, etc.  I leaped and danced, too - he, he! Then spent moments of reflection. And not to forget, it was an extra day of loving!  Most grateful for this one extra day this year!

Thanks for your well wishing. My friend Micheal has now had 11 birthdays…just a youngster! I spent the day watching a pair of sharp-shinned hawks hunt and preen themselves in the sun. It was one of those warm and wonderful rare and precious days up here in the mountains.
