That is indeed a beautiful creation - and if you look very closely into it (double resolution), you can see five fairy ice queens, each surrounded by courtiers, cherubs, and all around the edges, angel trumpeteers.  Oh, and I just spotted some doves in this as well.  Yes, simply breath-taking!  Truely an inspired mandala!!!
